We are thrilled to be able to offer subsidized staff accommodation to full-time status employees at the Fairmont Banff Springs hotel. Our staff housing units are located in Banff, right across the street from the hotel for easy commuting to and from work. To make home-life easier on our colleagues, we are pleased to offer various facilities to our employees including our staff parking lot, laundry facilities on site, colleague cafeteria, and a living room + kitchen that can be rented out. Please note that housing preferences are based upon availability and are not guaranteed.
DOUBLE OCCUPANCY ROOMS
These open concept, studio-style rooms feature a ¾ wall separating the bedroom area from the living room area - there is no door leading to the bedroom. They may accommodate up to two people and include a private bathroom with a stand up shower plus a kitchenette with a fridge, stove, sink and cupboard space.
The size of the unit is approximately 392 sq ft.
$15.00/day per person for Double
SINGLE OCCUPANCY ROOMS
Our single housing units are small, dorm-style private rooms with a bathroom with a stand up shower shared between two adjacent rooms. There are no cooking facilities or appliances included. These dorm style rooms have access to a shared kitchen in the living room facilities.
The size of the unit is approximately 120 sq ft.
$15.00/day for Single
If you are moving into Staff Housing, please go to the Cascade building (401C) just across the street from the hotel upon arrival. There is a sign that says ‘Staff Housing Office.’ The Staff Housing Office is located on the bottom floor.
The earliest day for check in will be confirmed in your offer email.
To ensure a smooth arrival experience, we encourage arrivals before 4:30pm.
If you are checking in after staff housing hours, go into the hotel and advise a front desk reception agent that you are a new staff member and ask them to contact Security to have them bring you to your room. Please let Staff Housing know ahead of time if you know you are going to arrive after 5:30pm.

Rent out our recently renovated shared colleagues living room when you want to have a social gathering, cookout or night in with friends. The living room features a flat screen tv, full fridge, stove, oven and kitchen utensils. We are proud to offer this complimentary experience to our staff.
